My journey
The concept of my private German classes emerged when the German International School's relocation was announced. Residing in Mill Valley, the daily commute seemed impractical for us.

The aim was twofold: to teach German to my children and to sustain my love for teaching. With my youngest in 7rd grade, and unwilling to give up our 'Family Saturday' for Saturday school, I envisioned a new approach to teaching German. This involved a weekly, peer-enriched environment with tailored instruction.

My current teaching setup blends personal and existing resources, utilizing tools like Google Classroom, Sofatutor, ANTON, and Jamboard, to craft engaging lessons. These lessons and materials are skill-based and customized for each child.
